Line Producer / Creative Production ManagerThe Creative & Strategy team is seeking an experienced Line Producer to manage video and motion graphics projects from creative brief through final delivery. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage production schedules and budgets, and ensure seamless collaboration between creative teams, project managers, and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Manage multiple video and animation projects, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources.Coordinate video teams, project managers, creative stakeholders, freelancers, and external vendors.Oversee production workflows from pre-production through post-production and final delivery.Track project status, communicate progress, identify risks, and resolve production bottlenecks.Manage creative reviews, feedback, asset organization, version control, and quality control.Coordinate production of content for live events, LED screens, and unconventional display formats.Adapt schedules and workflows to changing creative priorities and business needs.Qualifications:5+ years of video production experience, preferably in entertainment, broadcast, live events, or brand marketing.Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.Experience managing production schedules, budgets, vendors, and freelance talent.Thorough understanding of editorial, post-production, motion graphics, and visual effects workflows.Experience with live event production, rehearsals, and show-day operations.Familiarity with modern production tools, including AI-enabled platforms such as Runway.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent, and hands-on video, filmmaking, or visual storytelling skillsBenefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable.
