Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Senior Creative Team (Art/Copy) for our Creative Social Team.

Our Creative Social Team has made some of your favorite work on the internet - MoonPie tweets, TikToks & 360° campaigns for aliens, breakthrough Steak-umm stunts, ultra-luxe Rolls-Royce content, and the presence for many beloved national brands like Josh Cellars and Bush's Beans. Though not posting content or managing brand DMs themselves, the Social Creative team works closely with other departments to create world-class social-first campaigns across all digital media and ensure real-time trends and the latest platform features are utilized.

Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN
What you'll be doing:
- Connecting brands to real people in real-time, all the time
- Creating cross-disciplinary development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative strategies for a variety of clients across various industries including CPG, beverage/alcohol, QSR and casual dining, retail, and luxury automotive
- Working closely with the CCO, ECD, Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors to implement the vision and direction for the client and team
- Collaborating with creative directors, ACDs, art directors, copywriters, strategists, videographers and photographers, content creators, editors, designers, and animators. All in-house
- Working on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily execution on client deliverables (from 360° campaigns to tweets and memes)
- Presenting concepts to agency leadership and clients with confidence and expertise
What you bring:
- Desire to create award winning advertising with a team of highly motivated creatives
- Experience working with clients and creating breakthrough, award-winning work
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, internally and with clients
- Ability to apply conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, day-to-day directing of a project to completion
- Ability to proofread content for grammatical accuracy and maintain style consistency across pieces
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite as well as excellent design and animation skills
- Working knowledge of Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and other emerging social media platforms
- An attitude of positivity and curiosity
