Description Of Duties
Responsible for creating, managing, and delivering strategic marketing programs with entertainment partnersLeads efforts to oversee and review partner promotional plans and other marketing activitiesWorks in close collaboration with Nintendo Japan HQ to drive alignment and guide partner executionsCoordinates global promotional activities (including, but not limited to product launch, promotions, advertising, and collateral programs)Engages with business and product development teams, as well as other internal stakeholders across the organization, to align marketing plans and efforts in support of business prioritiesCommunicates partner marketing plans internally to key stakeholders. Works closely with program management to ensure deadlines and dependencies are met.Manages marketing approvals and related process in collaboration with internal stakeholdersReviews all partner materials to assure compliance with guidelines, rollout and consistency in messagingBalances input and feedback from Nintendo subsidiaries, executives, and other leadership to ensure successful partner product introductionsContributes to overall partner marketing program strategy and Nintendo approachLeverage Nintendo internal teams to support partner marketing initiativesClosely coordinates with partner and Nintendo category teams to report and measure results and impactInitial point of contact for marketing from partner and internal stakeholdersTracks partner marketing assets, status, and documentation as needed working with program management teamCommunicates verbally and in writing with relevant partner and internal team membersContributes to problem solving and mitigating potential issuesSome travel, domestic and/or internationalSummary Of Requirements
Six or more years of related experience (marketing, licensed product, promotions, brand management or similar)Fluency in Japanese strongly preferredIntermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, OneDrive, etc)Undergraduate degree in Business or applicable fieldApplicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $126,825 - $190,237 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
