We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic VP of Media Planning to join our fast-paced marketing team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about creating and executing innovative media strategies. The VP of Media Planning will oversee the development, implementation, and measurement of effective media plans for our diverse portfolio of clients. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the media landscape, experience in the pharma industry, and a proven track record of leading successful teams.


Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive media strategies and plans that align with client objectives and budgets.Lead and inspire a team of media planners and buyers, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and accountability.Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for integrated media campaigns that drive engagement and ROI.Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape, staying ahead of trends and innovations that can be leveraged for client success.Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of media plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.Develop strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating rates and placements to maximize client budgets.Work closely with the client services team to ensure media plans align with overall campaign strategies and objectives.Provide thought leadership in the area of media planning, sharing insights and best practices with the team and the wider organization.


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in media planning, with a focus on integrated media campaigns.Experience in the pharma industry, with a deep understanding of HCP media strategies.Proven track record of leading successful media teams.Strong understanding of all media channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex media strategies to clients and team members.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for staying ahead of media trends and innovations.Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.
