What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata (preferred)
• A passion for creating a positive resident experience and building community

Your Role at La Fontenay

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring financial success and occupancy goals are met
• Lead and support your office and maintenance teams
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain community standards
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee hiring
• Ensure compliance with all safety and housing regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting
