As our Social Media Manager, youll own and execute our entire social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and more. Youll help us turn customer love into content, tell powerful stories, and scale our reach through creators and campaigns.
- Own our content calendar: strategy, planning, and execution
- Create and post high-performing short-form video content (UGC-style, trending audio, voiceovers)
- Manage creators & influencers for both paid and organic collaborations
- Track performance metrics and double down on what works
- Collaborate with our designer and community team to keep things on-brand and fresh
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with leadership
You might be a good fit if:
- Are obsessed with social media especially TikTok and IG
- Have 4+ years of experience managing and growing social for a consumer brand
- Are comfortable being on-camera, brainstorming angles, and jumping on trends
- Have worked with creators before and know how to find, manage, and brief them
- Are organized, creative, and data-driven
- Love dogs (this ones non-negotiable)
- Work in-person with a fast-growing team in Miami
