Salary Range for this position: $45,000 - $48,000 MMGY Global provides a comprehensive PTO + benefits package that includes a hybrid telework policy. Actualmente buscamos a un candidato con una o dos años de experiencia laboral para ayudar en las principales directrices turísticas y cuentas hoteleras, apoyando e implementando programas en los ámbitos de relaciones públicas, eventos especiales, ventas y marketing.
Los deberes incluirán:
- Apoyo administrativo para las cuentas clave de la junta turística y los productos, incluida la preparación de informes integrales sobre inteligencia del mercado, informes recortados, resúmenes de proyectos, etc.
- Planificación y gestión de eventos y proyectos especiales

- Trabajar con un equipo para desarrollar nuevas ideas y conceptos para el cliente
- El papel puede implicar algunos viajes nacionales e internacionales
Habilidades requeridas:
- 1 a 2 años de experiencia administrativa en el ámbito de las relaciones públicas.
- La experiencia en el sector del turismo / viajes es altamente preferida
- Fluidez/competencia en español (oral y escrito)
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y gestionar varios proyectos a la vez en plazos limitados
- Muy organizado y dispuesto a gestionar un gran número de funciones administrativas
- Experiencia probada en la construcción y mantenimiento de relaciones con clientes
- Ser un asistente en Google Suite de productos junto con MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Poseer grandes habilidades verbales y escritas
Rango de salario para este puesto: $40,000 - $45,000
