A leading fashion and lifestyle brand group is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead content creation, execution, and community engagement across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role for a digital storyteller who excels at translating brand identity into compelling, high-performing social media content.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing day-to-day content posting, developing engaging campaigns, and collaborating with influencers, internal teams, and external partners. This role blends creativity, strategy, and execution to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations for multiple brand social accounts.

  • Plan, schedule, and upload posts, Stories, and Reels according to the content calendar.

  • Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and style.

  • Monitor and respond to direct messages and community interactions.

  • Edit and adapt content for short-form video platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok).

  • Collaborate on the development of photo and video content for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

  • Film and post behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during shoots, events, and brand activations.

  • Organize and maintain content libraries, including influencer, UGC, and campaign assets.

  • Manage tagged content and reposts across brand channels.

  • Coordinate influencer content requests, gifting initiatives, and collaborations.

  • Support the planning and execution of giveaways and influencer-driven campaigns.

  • Stay informed on platform trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to social media strategy discussions and propose content ideas that drive engagement and growth.

  • Track analytics, measure content performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Research tools, resources, and opportunities to enhance reach and community building.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

  • Strong copywriting skills and visual storytelling abilities.

  • Proficiency in short-form video creation and editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, etc.).

  • Experience with content planning tools (Later, Planoly, Notion, or similar).

  • Deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and brand building.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Willingness to travel for events, photoshoots, and brand activations as needed.
