Position Overview We are currently seeking a talented Freelance eCommerce Still Life Photographer to join our team in New York. As a Freelance eCommerce Still Life Photographer, you will collaborate with our creative team to capture high-quality visuals for various product shoots, including flat lays and pinups. Your keen eye for detail, creative vision, and technical expertise will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual presentations. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project objectives, concept ideas, and brand aesthetics Plan and execute still life product shoots, ensuring the vision is brought to life effectively Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and concepts in still life and product photography Select appropriate props, backgrounds, and lighting that complement the desired aesthetic Use lighting, composition, and other technical skills to create visually stunning and impactful images of products Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software while maintaining the integrity of the original concept Manage and organize digital files and ensure they are accessible to the creative team as needed Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure the final deliverables meet the project requirements Work efficiently within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements Proven experience as a Still Life Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in product photography, flat lays, and pinups Proficient in using professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory to create visually compelling images Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the creative team and other professionals on set Knowledge of current trends in eCommerce and product photography, as well as a passion for creativity and innovation Ability to adapt to different shooting environments, including studio and on-location shoots Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage digital files and deliverables effectively Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Availability to work on a freelance basis, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings, based on project requirements Join our team and become part of an exciting creative production company that values innovation, collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of product photography.
