Job Description: Develop and enhance enterprise web applications using Python and AWS serverless technologies, with a focus on backend development and seamless front-end integration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Work on an internal single-page application supporting multiple company departments.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
Build and maintain microservices architecture in AWS.
Implement caching and refactoring strategies to improve performance.
Collaborate with a mix of on-site and offshore teams.
Contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives for audiobook processing.
Requirements: Must-Haves:
Mid Level:
5 years of experience
Senior Level:
8-10 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong Python development experience for enterprise web applications.
Understanding of front-end frameworks (React preferred).
Strong experience with RESTful APIs.
SQL and NoSQL database experience (at least one NoSQL-heavy project).
AWS experience with serverless technologies.
Microservices expertise, including UI integration.
Soft skills: proactive, forward-thinking, prompt, team-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
Nice-to-Haves:
Elastic Search Index experience.
DynamoDB or similar index search experience.
AI-related development experience.
