Our client, a leading organization in the security and technology industry, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of the Security product team supporting the development and enhancement of security solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

18 Month Contract

100% Remote

Pay Range: $50

What's the Job?

• Plan and conduct user experience research studies to inform product development.

• Collaborate with design, content, engineering, and product teams to understand research needs.

• Develop comprehensive research plans and methodologies across various product areas.

• Analyze data and synthesize insights to deliver actionable recommendations.

• Communicate research findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

What's Needed?

• Advanced degree in Psychology, HCI/HFE, HCDE, or related field.

• At least 5+ years of experience in research and design, with strong qualitative and quantitative skills.

• Proficiency in ethnography, data analytics, and research methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and inform diverse audiences.

• Experience in security or compliance industry is a strong plus.
