Job Summary

The Senior UX Experience Manager will lead the vision and execution of a best-in-class digital experience, ensuring our digital products are user-centric, intuitive, and drive business impact. You will champion UX strategy, foster innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital interactions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Essential Functions

• Define and implement a digital experience strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances user satisfaction.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to develop and refine user journeys that increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Lead UX research efforts, leveraging qualitative and quantitative methodologies to optimize digital interactions.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across digital platforms.
• Advocate for best UX practices, fostering a culture of design thinking and user-centered innovation within the organization.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of UX professionals, ensuring high performance and career growth.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, providing insights and recommendations based on research and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and optimizing digital experiences that drive business impact.
• Strong familiarity with software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience with user research methodologies and data analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data from UX research tools.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Salary Range

$110,114-$175,388 DOE
