Why Join Us Be part of a rapidly growing firm with exciting high-end residential projects Work alongside a creative, collaborative, and talented team Gain exposure to custom home and pool design + construction Collaborate directly with clients, vendors, and contractors Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss design goals, material selections, and project scope Develop detailed Interior Design (ID) sets, floor plans, elevations, and specifications Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp Render designs with Enscape or V-Ray Research and select materials/finishes aligned with project goals Request and compare vendor quotes while maintaining cost efficiency Build and maintain strong vendor relationships Collaborate closely with contractors, project managers, and the construction team Manage multiple projects and meet key deadlines Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design 1–3 years of post-grad experience in design roles Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD Experience with Enscape or V-Ray Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills Excellent client-facing and communication abilities Experience with Buildertrend is a huge plus Being technologically inclined is strongly preferred Use of AI tools in your design workflow is a must Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Suite is a strong plus Must be able to work on-site in San Diego, CA (92064) Full-Time | 40 hours per week Competitive salary based on experience How to Apply If you're excited to bring custom design visions to life and grow with a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
