We are seeking an experienced Content Writer with 5-6 years of experience in content creation, strategic communication, and digital marketing, specifically for B2B organizations. The candidate will develop and execute communication strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Lead the creation of high-impact B2B content including white papers, blogs, social media posts, video scripts, and email campaigns.
- Strategic Communications: Develop and execute effective content strategies aligned with business goals to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.
- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to create tailored communication strategies that resonate with their target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and others to enhance brand presence and engagement. Develop and schedule posts, monitor performance, and respond to inquiries, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing communications or content strategy, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in content management, project management, and digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Zoho).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
- Experience managing social media platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor for B2B companies.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
