Our Dublin location has earned its reputation through decades of quality service, and we're looking for someone special to help us write the next chapter.

We're seeking a Service Advisor who brings three essential qualities: the humility to learn from every interaction, the intelligence to solve complex problems, and the hunger to build a meaningful career in automotive service.

Your Mission

As our Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our expert technicians. This isn't just about taking orders – you'll be a trusted advisor who genuinely cares about getting people back on the road safely and affordably. Every day brings new challenges, and we need someone who sees those challenges as opportunities to grow.

Translate technical issues into clear, honest explanations that customers can understand

Provide accurate estimates and guide customers through repair options with integrity

Process Master

Create detailed, accurate work orders that set our technicians up for success

Coordinate seamlessly between customers and technicians, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Track repair progress and proactively communicate updates to keep customers informed

Growth Catalyst

Identify additional service opportunities based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle needs

Maintain meticulous records and continuously improve our processes

Take ownership of customer satisfaction from hello to goodbye

What We're Looking For

The Right Experience

Background as a service writer, service advisor, or similar role in automotive repair or dealership environment

Solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs (ASE certification is valued but not required)

The Right Mindset

Humble: You listen more than you speak, learn from mistakes, and treat every person with respect

Smart: You solve problems creatively, pick up new systems quickly, and think several steps ahead

Hungry: You're motivated by growth, take pride in your work, and want to build expertise in automotive service

The Right Skills

Exceptional communication abilities – you can explain complex issues simply and build trust quickly

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail

Comfort with computer systems and repair shop management software (we'll train you on ours)

What We Offer

Culture That Works

Drama-free, collaborative environment where your ideas matter

Team that supports your growth and celebrates your wins

Established shop with steady workflow and loyal customer base

Compensation That Rewards

Competitive pay based on your experience and performance
