As an Audience Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the Global Offline Referral strategy and maximizing profit by driving effective communications to our customer base. In our customer-centric and data-led Referrals department, you will assist with the delivery and analysis of multichannel campaigns globally, with special focus on offline promotions.

You’ll will…

  • Develop continual optimization of the offline referrals roadmap, in partnership with senior stakeholders.
  • Scope and lead the implementation of new referrals channels as well as optimization of existing channels.
  • Scope and develop data driven marketing solutions in order to achieve ambitious business objectives.
  • Own and develop rigorous AB testing strategies across brands.
  • Enable close partnership and alignment with relevant product teams.
  • Conduct in depth performance analysis, in partnership with Analytics team.
  • Support Campaign Management team with campaign implementation process, from kick-off to post-mortem analysis.

You are…

  • Able to analyze data and make decisions based on rational reasoning.
  • You have relevant experience in using CRM platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus.
  • Focused on customer centricity and optimizing customer engagement.
  • Comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions.
  • Comfortable devising your own strategy and communicating your vision to stakeholders.

At a minimum, you have...

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management or related fields with strong academic record.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience in an entrepreneurial environment with a proven track record of growing D2C business.
  • Expert level of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Confident knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills. Ability to use data to make decisions and optimize campaign performance is in our company DNA.
  • Disciplined time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use SQL, Tableau, Adobe suite, Google Tag Manager is a plus.

New York Pay Range: $99,600 — $124,500 USD
