JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the development and management of all assigned immersive project-related aesthetic and guest-experience elements in the digital space. Experiences include interactive online videogame-based experiences, online social environments, and web3 engagement experiences. Acts as the creative and production lead on assigned projects, supervising any assigned staff and their workloads, vendors and consultants and determines strategies ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and/or assignments through all aspects of design and production from original concept through final installation. Responsible for maintaining budget and schedule for assigned work. Participates in Intellectual Property owner relationship.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manages, interprets and communicates development of project concept and design intent. Translates and presents concept and design to a variety of audiences. Leads creative discussions with production teams, internal and external.
  2. Interfaces with and manages appropriate internal and external resources through every phase of design, testing and production. Assures appropriate guest-experience and creative intent support for internal and external contributors including development of Creative Intent Documentation, Experience Scopes and oversight of quality standards and design intent. Establish creative KPIs.
  3. Develops and manages strategic sourcing and staffing plans to support experience development and production efforts. Evaluates subordinate personnel on creative, technical, leadership and interpersonal skills. Negotiates and procures outside creative resources as necessary. Develop and maintain working relationships with all involved parties to foster an environment of innovation and collaboration.
  4. Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
