2-5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar role. Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, etc.). Experience with AMPscript, HTML/CSS for emails, and SQL for data queries. Understanding of CRM systems and integration with Marketing Cloud. Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools. Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, etc.). Experience with scripting languages like AMPscript or SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript). Experience in the eCommerce, Retail, or B2B sectors.
