Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, a keen eye for design, and a commitment to creating seamless user experiences. You will be responsible for building and implementing the user interface components of our web applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, highly responsive, and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user interface components for web applications using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Work closely with product managers and back-end developers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring an integrated and consistent user experience.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, and conduct thorough testing to guarantee performance across various devices and browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and fix UI-related issues and bugs, ensuring the overall functionality and usability of the applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for UI components, development processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, will be considered.
• Proven experience as a UI Engineer, Front-end Developer, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of web projects demonstrating your skills.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in building responsive and adaptive designs for various devices and screen sizes.
• Proficient in using version control systems like Git. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, user-centric designs.
• Experience with server-side rendering and client-side hydration techniques.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for web applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
