Location: Manhattan, New York
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days per week in office / 2 WFH

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus

About the role: A dynamic PR professional with a passion for luxury brands and a strong media network is sought by a leading boutique communications agency specializing in high-end lifestyle, fashion, beauty, art, and design to join their team as PR Manager. The opportunity includes crafting compelling PR strategies, managing high-profile media relationships, overseeing influencer campaigns, and learning from a top luxury industry PR leader. There are opportunities to participate in annual press tours to locations in France, Italy, London, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for luxury clients
• Pitch to top-tier media and secure high-impact editorial placements
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, influencers, and stylists
• Oversee influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
• Manage event planning and execution
• Create and distribute press materials and client reports
• Lead junior team members and maintain best-in-class PR operations

What Were Looking For

• 3-4 years of PR experience in luxury/lifestyle sectors
• Established media relationships in high-end brands, fashion, beauty, or related fields
• Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of social media and digital PR strategies
• A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in PR/Communications with deep understanding of the luxury industry and proven editorial connections.
