So let's talk about the role!
A Creative Designer is responsible for introducing, developing and refining creative marketing and advertising solutions as well as executing designs that bring those ideas to life. This role is part of the Marketing team.
Here's more of what you will do...
Develops creative concepts and designs strategies for all marketing collateral that meets/exceeds the customer's requirement/expectations.
- Leads, brainstorms and presents creative projects to stakeholders/customers from concept to completion.
- Designs point of sale (POS) advertising and produces highly creative marketing pieces all with the aim of generating excitement around the customer's brand.
- Maintains a cohesive visual identity and implements branding guidelines.
- Reviews proofs, attends press checks and provides feedback to printer/vendor.
- Designs traditional collateral and business material, including creative design needs for internal and external business presentations.
- Ensures all creative outcomes are strategic and track back to the project requirements/desired outcome.
- Communicates and presents creative ideas and concepts.
- Works closely with Creative Marketing Manager for project priority and deadline achievement.
- Assists the Creative Marketing Manager in evaluating the quality of all design projects.
- Identifies and develops future-fit approaches to drive the delivery of innovative work (e.g. digital tools, technologies, local market trends, content trends, etc.).

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:
- Two to Three Years of Experience in a Design Role
- Understanding of Brand Communications Strategy, Brand Development, Design and Marketing Campaign Processes
- High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate
- Demonstrated Planning, Organization and Communication Skills
- Proficient MS Office, Adobe Suite and Technical Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Other Related Field
- Previous Beer and/or Distribution Industry Experience
