Social Media Coordinator Job at EHL & Co. in New York

Location: NYC (hybrid but should be NYC local)

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to support our work across lifestyle, luxury, and personality-driven brands. This role involves content editing, copywriting, short-form scripting, and helping bring strategic creative to life on social media.

What You Will Do:

• Write short-form captions, scripts, and story content that feel natural, sharp, and on-brand across diverse client voices
• Edit influencer-style and brand-driven videos for TikTok and Instagram using CapCut or Adobe Editing Software
• Manage post-scheduling, organize and maintain content calendars, and support basic reporting
• Curate and structure raw content into storylines that feel both personal and elevated
• Track cultural trends, content formats, and voice shifts across platforms to inform direction
• Help ensure tone, timing, and messaging are aligned across platforms

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years experience in social media, content creation, or editorial storytelling
• Excellent writing instincts with the ability to shift tone across multiple client voices
• Experience editing video content for Reels or TikTok
• Experience editing graphic content for social
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple moving parts with ease
• Creative thinker who can turn raw moments into refined, shareable content

Nice To Have:

• Interest in luxury products, lifestyle, luxury, podcasting, or creator-led brands
• Experience on set or helping shape BTS content during shoots
