Our SHIFT SUPERVISORS are part of our leadership team in our cafes. We expect this person to work at least 28+ hours/week with open availability.

Pay $18.35 + generous tips that historically average around $5 - $6 dollars extra per hour.

Responsibilities

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent Better Buzz experience that is in line with the values of the company. The Shift Supervisor provides support to all members of Better Buzz and ensures compliance with company policies and expectations.

Duties:

• Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
• Active in inventory and waste management
• Administer breaks
• Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures
• Any other duties at the discretion of the general manager or other members of leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience preferred
• Coffee experience preferred
• Must be available to work at least 5 days of the week and a minimum of 28 hours
• Must be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the week
• Must be able to work a mixture of open, closes and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needs
