Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
The AE is responsible for the day-to-day execution of media projects across various digital and broadcast channels and is the direct liaison between the internal agency departments (Media, Analytics, Ad Operations, Technology, Finance), Clients and certain media partners. The Account Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day project management to ensure smooth operations, and for owning clear and concise communications across all key stakeholders.
Assures smooth project management and execution all assigned projects, work streams, deliverables and channels (which includes upfront flagging of timeline or quality risks)
Gains working understanding of client’s business and works as an advocate for client needs and objectives both internally and with third-party vendors
Prepares and distributes call reports, internal and client-facing status reports, proposals, client-input & project briefs, internal execution briefs, correspondence, etc.
Manages cross-team inputs on media plan, trafficking, weekly media performance reports and drives process for updates or optimizations
Participates in project-related presentations to client and compiles all necessary inputs across internal teams. Navigates internal depts. & ensure highest quality deliverables
Creates project timelines and estimates; obtains client approvals
Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues; maintains positive team morale
Takes proactive role in researching and understanding best practices and industry standards across digital media, marketing and business; shares POV with the internal and client teams as appropriate
Monitors and reports on financial progress of projects to agency management and client teams and facilitates accurate billing
We are looking for an enthusiastic, kind, detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with strong communication and time management skills.
Must have 3+ years agency experience or equivalent client-side working on media campaigns & reporting, specifically linear television and OTT; extra points for digital medias experience including display, paid search, social, video, mobile, native, etc.
Strong project management and account management skills
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and comfortable managing many moving pieces and complex project plans
