The Data and Analytics Specialist is the first level of contact for the media team’s inquiries regarding media reporting and automation. The Specialist evaluates requests, determines the necessary information, and establishes efficient workflows to deliver a scalable result to internal teams and clients.

The Specialist must be able to listen and communicate questions or ideas effectively. This role requires cross-department collaboration, as a result the Specialist must be able to learn quickly and pull from previous experience to adapt to new requests and technology.

The Specialist will build custom reporting solutions, for which there is no set template. The Specialist must be able to adapt to new situations, review their own work, and evaluate the impact a decision may have on other elements of a project.

Act as point person for new report requests, gathering relevant information and flagging any potential issues.

Enforce our process for information collection (online forms) so that all necessary information is collected, organized, and tracked.

Display understanding of reporting goals, metrics, and dimensions.

Build custom reporting solutions that are accurate, actionable, and accessible.

Manage communication to deliver on expectations and project timelines.

Educate, train, and advise new report users to ensure the information is understood.

Able to communicate department capabilities to develop new internal use cases or support on new business proposals.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities


No regular travel required.

Heavy reporting experience in Excel

Experience with business intelligence technologies; firsthand use of Datorama preferred

3-4 years of experience in a marketing, reporting, and/or analytics role

Experience with social, search, or programmatic media buying preferred
