Job DescriptionThe Associate Director of US Oncology Marketing Strategic Operations and Business Planning will report to the Director of US Oncology Marketing, Portfolio Strategy. This role will have significant responsibility across the US Oncology Franchise and be US Point for short- and long-range strategic planning. This role will work with senior leadership and focus on Investment Planning and optimization for the Oncology portfolio.Position Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA (Hybrid work model is combination of in-office and work from home ability US based)The role will include:Leading the annual strategic planning (L3 and investment planning) and budget management processes for the US Oncology Franchise across its tumors, brands and combinationsWork closely with internal support organizations to identify Oncology Investment Portfolio opportunities and efficienciesWork closely with senior leadership on an ongoing basis to enable data-driven decision-making and support trade-off decisions in order to maximize revenue and drive growth for the enterpriseWork with internal and external stakeholders to leverage best practices, and enable data-driven decisions by leading analytical efforts to develop quantitative, objective frameworks for assessing investment allocations (-i.e,., leveraging promotion response curves, return on investments, predictive modeling, etc to provide recommendations)Collaborate and enhance measurement and reporting of investments across the portfolio on an ongoing basis.Will serve as the Budget point for the Portfolio Strategy teamLead prioritization efforts related to brand and tumor resourcing as well as priority alignment across customer facing teamsManage and enhance current prioritization models, including experimenting with models, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadershipCreate communication plans to ensure alignment and transparency across senior leadership and all relevant stakeholder groupsWork closely with leadership team to craft forecast narrative slides and coordinate contributions from various stakeholders to USMLT forecast presentationsMinimum Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Science or related degree (BS/BA)Master's degree preferred (MA/MBA)Our Human Health Division maintains a "patient first, profits later" ideology.
