Job ResponsibilitiesLeads and manages a wide range of creative assignments, projects, and/or client partners with a high degree of success and independence.Leads the project management team, building capabilities, demonstrating leadership skills, and building strong internal team relationships.Provides initial analysis and potential solutions for new processes/solutions that lead to business growth by collaborating with and drawing on the expertise of Walgreens/WBA's vast resources and capabilities.Leads, and advises and partners with strategy, creative, production, media, and leading enablement of flawless and seamless creative execution between creative and media.Responsible for managing the entire creative lifecycle, including the development and production of all omni-channel creative assets: Print, Digital, Email, TV, Social, etc.Helps with analyzing and improving organizational processes across the enterprise and with all strategic and creative partners. Safeguards quality, productivity and efficiency throughout the process.Partners with cross-functional teams on deep dive into planning, working with new and existing tools to monitor and track resources across the office, analyze and identify pain points, and help to map new ways of working.Oversees creative development, production and approval process across all channels as a function of program and project management.Oversees and leads weekly creative intake process, continually innovating on best ways to prioritize the work coming into the LOOP.Works with Account and Creative Project Management team to define, communicate and balance workload to ensure LOOP team is operating at maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Ensures that all creative execution deliverables align to strategic brief and are trafficked on-time and in accordance with pre-set guidelines.Ensures that productions for each initiative are in compliance with authorized brand standards and guidelines, as well as within allotted fiscal budget.Manages internal and external creative agency/partners through creative development and production execution process while acting as liaison with marketing to plan, develop and implement creative executions for the company and acting as brand ambassador.Leads efforts to build and maintain Agency relationships, QBR's, and regular connects with the teams.Leads and facilitates cross-functional partners to ensure consistency in creative executions and messaging across all marketing tactics, from leading creative meetings with all-level Walgreens attendees and agency partners to reviewing creative presentations for top tier initiatives.Traffics all legal and clinical reviews to ensure compliance with Company policies, laws, and government regulations.Manages creative execution process for each initiative to ensure all tactics are executed on time, meet brand quality standards, are appropriate for media vehicle and audience targets.Supports creative development requests from internal and external parties.Supports the creation of documentation and training materials for our teams.Supports all calibration and creative summit meetings and helps build great relationships with all creative partners.Serves as an escalation point for problems and enables great communication between teams.Develops and mentors' staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience with project management for creative, execution, and production stages of marketing campaigns and projects OR High School/ GED and at least 7 years of experience with project management for creative, execution, and production stages of marketing campaigns and projects.Experience facilitating strategic conversations with executive-level partners and working within teams using the principles of Agile Project Management and Performance Marketing (test and learn optimization).Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.Experience with MS Suite.Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Project (for example: adding resources to a project, assigning resources to a task, leveling resources across task, assigning costs to a task , tracking percent complete, start, and finish dates, and viewing progress through the Gantt chart or reports).At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
Preferred QualificationsExperience coordinating the activities throughout the production process.Experience communicating both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences (work group, team, company management, prospective acquisitions, external clients).Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team.Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
