Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote.Key Responsibilities

: Lead across people, technology and product to deliver enterprise solutions to clients and consumers, including operations, employee engagement, resource management and performance management and manage financials for the portfolio of work as well as software vendors (20%). Lead software development initiatives in Agile/iterative, life cycle development processes, applying knowledge of modern database, services, UI and development tools and lead organizational transformation towards Agile Delivery Model and adoption of DevOps and DevSecOps principals using CI/CD pipelines (15%). Equip engineering team with the necessary tools, information in enterprise system of record, environment management, integrations/APIs, release management and test data management (10%). Partner with Product Management, Business Owners and other stakeholders to define product vision and prioritize and lead teams executing work as per strategy for global compensation, producer management and producer licensing products (35%). Partner with Enterprise teams across US to identify new capabilities and strategic solutions and integrate into team (10%). Responsible for portfolio financials and end-to-end delivery of product within budget (5%). Provide leadership for the Global Compensation COE supporting local compensation particularly in Japan (5%).Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus seven (7) years of experience developing software for sales compensation systems used in the financial domain.
