Overview
The Video Solutions Sr. Account Manager is the subject matter expert relative to the video security sales strategies of Konica Minolta Business Solutions. This role is an experienced sales professional committed to seeking out new customers and collaborating with existing ones, offering a variety of solutions to optimize their business processes. The Sr. Account Manager is an energetic professional comfortable with prospecting, as a part of a team or independently, for solutions opportunities, within new and established clients.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within assigned territory.Work with KMBS 3rd party providers (integrators, installation teams) & technical product engineers to craft customer solutions & presentations.Maintain and manage individual sales activities and opportunities in the CRM Management System.Meet with management on an on-going basis to review Opportunity Pipeline, Monthly / Quarterly forecast.Collaborate with Direct Sales organization and other business unit sales teams to promote Video Security Solutions offerings, driven by Key Performance Indicators and Konica Minolta defined processes.Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer's technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty.Lead client assessment activities to develop a solution(s) to meet business requirements.Responsible for pre-sale technical discovery, business process analysis, and development of customized solutions to fit a client's requirements.Engage pre-sales support team to assist with development of Engagement letters, Site Survey, Scope of Work (SOW) preparation and integration projects where appropriate.Participate in ongoing account review sessions with clients to ensure post sale customer success and engagement.Maintain education training standards and certifications levels in line with job requirements and advancement development plans.Participate in building a knowledge base of competitive information to share with Konica Minolta teammates as a result of interacting with prospects and customers.Broad knowledge of all Konica Minolta products, services and solutions to drive sales and value for our customers.
Qualifications
Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related fieldMinimum of 5 years relevant experience in Video Security, Software Solutions, IT infrastructure or Managed IT Services sales experienceStrong working knowledge of Video industry hardware, IT services and Software solutions offerings.Willingness to travel up to 50%Ability to quickly learn new key characteristics of products/solutions and communicate the value of those solutions to customersExcellent negotiation skillsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with a C-Level executivesAbility to establish oneself as a trusted advisorWorking knowledge of project management processes.Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportationEnergetic professional comfortable with prospecting, as a part of a team or independently, for solutions opportunities, within new and established clients.Core Certifications o Mobotix IoT BasicsIPVM- VS 101IPVM-VS InstallationAdvanced VSS Training/System DesignIPVM- VSAASIPVM-CameraIPVM AnalyticsIPVM-Access ControlIPVM- IP networking
