As Marketing Director, you will help drive Parexel’s leadership position as a global phase I-IV CRO, supporting initiatives across brand strategy to align with global commercial strategy, including message development, collateral development, thought leadership, promotional execution and competitive intelligence.
Accountabilities:
Creating messaging and/or sales tools to consistently communicate Parexel’s value proposition (who we are, what we do, value we deliver)
as a global phase I-IV CRO, within a specific therapeutic area/indication, or within a specific capability or service line.
Creating thought leadership (designed in partnership with SMEs) that can be effectively communicated in different channels to reach, and appeal to, target audiences with distinct preferences.
Collaborating with marketing strategy and corporate communications colleagues to support the best methods to market Parexel’s global phase I-IV CRO value proposition and the value proposition for assigned capabilities or portfolios of services and managing the execution.
Analyzing/drawing conclusions from multiple sources of data (e.g. industry reports, competitive intelligence, voice of the customer findings, and internal commercial data) and synthesizing findings into a distilled set of recommendations to guide marketing or broader commercial strategy.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field required, Master’s preferred#LI-REMOTE
