What does an outstanding Incident Communication Specialist do?Incident Communication specialist is responsible for providing timely, clear, and concise business communication to Fiserv clients regarding production incidents. Monitors and attends incident bridge calls to assess impact to determine client communication needs.What you will do:Explain current trends in incidents/problems so they can be effectively communicated throughout the firm.Provide insight to senior management and key customers regarding problems and incidents affecting the core BAMS business.Use predefined criteria and thresholds where applicable to determine if and when to send communications to the affected clients.What you will need to have:High school degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in a call center, help desk, escalation roleExperience writing root cause analysis.Comfortable
