Furthermore, our expertise extends to navigating the challenges and opportunities presented by emerging technologies such as AI, VR/AR/MR and Web3, ensuring they can effectively anticipate, plan for and adapt to the evolving landscape.ABOUT THIS ROLEBerlinRosen is seeking a Vice President of Gaming, Digital Entertainment and Emerging Tech PR to lead our rapidly growing DigiTech team. As we pursue our ambitious path, we highly value qualities such as adaptability, hands-on involvement and versatility in all team members.The ideal candidate should possess deep subject matter expertise in gaming, emerging technologies and digital entertainment, along with a profound understanding of client service within a PR agency setting. Furthermore, they should excel in leading and managing staff, developing and implementing strategic work plans and nurturing long-term client relationships.This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who embodies a self-starter mentality and possesses a proactive and self-initiating approach to problem-solving and leadership. This position will require a presence in Los Angeles, C.A., but is available on a remote basis. Staff will be expected to regularly visit our clients and attend in-person events.ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONSAs a Vice President on the DigiTech team, you will…Lead large-scale strategic planning and execution efforts for multiple clients, including product launches, reviews, trade shows, press conferences, feature stories, executive bylines and reporting needsConduct high-touch daily client communications while managing competing priorities through regular calls and meetingsCollaborate with the EVP to develop strategy plans, reports and presentation materials for the client teamManage a team of 2-3 junior staff, ensuring quality control and on-time, error-free deliverablesLead overall account management and capacity planning to meet client objectives efficientlyContribute to business development and expanding DigiTech sector relationshipsStay updated on industry trends and leverage media relationships for consistent coverageEssential skills:7+ years of experience in gaming, entertainment and/or technology PR in a client-facing and leadership roleA minimum of 2-3 years of recent PR agency and staff management experienceBoth B2C and B2B PR experience are a mustProven ability to problem-solve and pivot in a fast paced environmentThe ability to conceptualize, develop and produce strategic client plans, client recommendations and media approach roadmaps that will be shared with clients, executives and partners.Proficiency in producing dynamic, highly visual PowerPoint presentationsBasic design skills to create flow charts, timelines, etc., are required, with advanced graphic skills being a plusOutstanding project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work streams and track progress across multiple teams and clientsA strong news-savvy and knowledge of the media covering gaming, consumer electronics and innovationA demonstrated track record handling multiple client accounts simultaneously, working quickly and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight by leadershipA calm demeanor under pressure and a solution-oriented mindsetNote: Interested in this role but it’s not quite the right match?
