You will be responsible for all things SEO, while collaborating with other team members to make Fox Pest Control's Internet Marketing a gorilla of revenue generation for the company.Utilize organic performance data to prioritize and implement SEO tactics in monthly and quarterly roadmapsResearch, develop, and implement successful SEO strategies in collaboration with our Brand Manager, Content Manager, CRO Team, and other internet marketing team members.Implement and manage local SEO strategies for our branches in multiple locations.Optimize website architecture, content, interlinking, and other factors to improve ranking for target keywords.Review technical SEO and conduct webpage audits with SEO deep crawls, providing insight and data-backed suggestions on how to grow site traffic organically.Conduct keyword research to guide content marketing effortsPartner with Content Manager to drive and scale SEO content creation.Implement strategies to improve site speed and Core Web Metrics performanceCollaborate with Link Building Manager and Team to implement and improve link building strategiesResearch and analyze competitor strategies and opportunities, perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.Collaborate with internal and external team on ongoing CRO effortsStay abreast with SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and technology.Constantly look at new ways to improve our website and our user experience in service of bringing in more leadsOptimize and utilize GA4Work with data analytics team to uncover opportunities from Salesforce and other data sources for website optimization in the service of bringing in more revenueDevelop and deliver monthly and quarterly SEO reports to leadership, providing insights on progress and growth.What is Needed to be Successful?5+ years of experience managing and executing SEO projects for clients or in house3+ years of experience in Local SEOAbility to effectively and clearly communicate complex SEO issues and tacticsHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and data driven.Thorough technical SEO knowledgeUnderstanding of HTML/CSS and website structuresExpertise in Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Site Bulb.Expertise or Experience with Local SEO tools light BrightLocal, LocalFalcon, and PlaceScouts preferred but not required.Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) (preferred)Exceptional project management skills.
