Job Details

The Director of Content Marketing will be responsible for managing and creating the marketing and advertising campaigns as well as overseeing the marketing and event collateral. The ideal candidate has established a track record as a dedicated, proactive, and positive manager and team player and isready for their next challenge. You will interact regularly with other executives and departments,including marketing, sales, creative, technology and events.

What you will be doing:

Develop and execute strategies and tactics to promote the brand and drive qualified leads.● Oversee marketing production to develop / deploy successful marketing and advertisingcampaigns from ideation to execution.● Work with Brand Manager to produce brand marketing collateral, from brochures and eventmaterials to case studies and brand style guides.● Work with VP of Marketing to create and produce all sales materials from media kits to sellsheets and positioning statements for clients.● Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to offer insight, continuallyassess tactics and goals.● Oversee all promotional materials including press releases, catalogs, brochures, flyers, andprogram/media guides.● Provide support for special events (virtual and in-person) such as conferences, industry shows,sponsored client programs, and more.● Oversee the development of original content for the website and social media, includingarticles, infographics, videos, and more.● Help develop standards, processes, and tools to drive greater efficiencies in how we work andoperate as a cross-functional team.● Lead, manage and mentor the digital content/social team, including the ability to create andcommunicate clear and attainable project objectives and requirements.● Ensures department programs/initiatives are on schedule, current and on budget.● Attend and participate in the annual trade show and other events as needed.

What you should have:Four-year undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising or business8+ years experience in brand and content marketing, from the entertainment (TV/Film), media, publishing, advertising or consumer product marketing on the client-side or with a PR firm or agency8+ years’ experience in building sales and advertising programs to successful conclusions.Proven capability in developing creative and innovative marketing strategies that heavily leverage online and offline channelsOutstanding creative skills in developing campaigns from inception to launchExperience crystallizing key strategic insights from disparate data sourcesStrong project management skills and ability to execute quality work within tight deadlinesSuperior communication skills and ability to interact with senior executives and external business partnersExtraordinary problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the brand, a strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for detailExperience with Google suit of business products, excel, powerpoint etc.In-depth experience with digital and direct response marketing.Competence as a copywriter with an eye for effective emails, print / digital ads and landingIn-depth experience working with CMS to create and manage daily/weekly contentExperience working with marketing, product, creative, and technical teams.Inquisitive, strategic thinker with excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
