We are in full pursuit to find hardworking people to join us on our quest and bring our core values to life.ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Coordinator of a store location, you will focus on reaching our current running community and new running and fitness communities in our surrounding area. This position assists the Marketing Manager to drive customers into the store, reach sales objectives and acquire and retain customers. This position will be involved with grassroots marketing efforts, social media marketing, email marketing, outreach events and expos, building and maintaining race partnerships, along with coordinating packet pickups and race support. This position allows you to work collaboratively with Store Management, the Retail Experience Team, the Running Club Team, and the local community.QualificationsAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysProven track record of cold calling and building grassroots relationships. preferredWorking knowledge of Social Media and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint),Ability to manage multiple moving parts/ plan something and see it through to completionProfessional and timely internal and external communicationSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenCollaborative and customer-centricWilling to go above and beyond when neededStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lead and direct othersAction-oriented, level-headed, and consistentCommunicate professionally with customers and teamSupport all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functionsPerks:High energy and fun atmosphereTraining and advancement opportunities within the Fleet Feet brandCommunity involvement and community service activitiesTraining Program and Product DiscountsPassionate team membersFleet Feet franchisees operate as independent business owners.
