We are recruiting for a Technical Director to manage coil processes and products through maintenance and improvement efforts to increase efficiency, reduce scrap and provide technical solutions for operational improvement.
Specially, this position:Maintains metallurgical, technical and quality requirements ensuring product meets customer specifications
Direct process and quality staff .
Direct root cause analysis of complex issues and implement solutions
Lead and maintain all department SOP's, Calibration documentation, Process FMEA's and Control Plans
Support Coil New Product Development
Candidates should possess:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy or Materials Science
5-10 years' experience in metals manufacturing, including coil processes
Project Management Skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

$120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
