Job Responsibilities

Involved with design, build, and test of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal devices such as amplifiers, filters, and ADCs. Contribute to RF requirements analysis, definition, and management. Conduct functional analysis, performance analysis (e.g. Instantaneous Dynamic Range, Noise Figure, Pass Band Response, etc.), interface analysis, and definition for the design, integration, and verification of RF components, equipment, and systems.Responsible for driving technology and completion of activity on time and budgetDesign, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products, systems, or subsystemsAbility to complete a technical project independentlyMentor and coach other engineers.Review customer specifications and requirements, and develop designs to best support them, including cost as a key design variableProvide budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignmentsDocument component and subsystem specifications and material requirementsSpecify and evaluate supplier components, subsystems, and servicesSupport the program design to cost and design for manufacture requirementsDevelop prototypes to retire key development risksCommunicate clearly (written and oral) with manufacturing, supply chain, program management and the customer as requiredParticipate heavily in preparation of the more complex and significant proposalsProvide technical expertise and assistance to other engineers and support personnelInteract with technical management, other professionals, technicians, and support personnel to coordinate, recommend, and confer regarding technical activities and progressSupport, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationAttend appropriate engineering, customer, or business meetingsMentor and coach less-experienced engineersJob Responsibilities Part II

Qualifications
