You love the digital landscape and the power of social media marketing - you are a creative problem solver and are always looking for innovative ways to reach target audiences and build an engaged community. You think outside of the box and have a unique combination of being creative, strategic, and organized. You have a strong pulse on Gen Z culture, fashion, tik tok trends, and emerging tech. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Manager to help build and execute our content strategies, along with our broader marketing and user acquisition initiatives for our Silver Studio app, developer and artist communities, and broader Genies ecosystem.What You’ll be Doing:Work closely with marketing and product teams to build new creative organic content and launch strategies to help achieve product growth & engagement goalsBuild and execute a social engagement strategy to grow Genies’ community and increase retention with our user / follower baseResearch new content ideas and educates the team on current social trends and new content opportunitiesResponsible for creating content across our various social media accounts + marketing initiativesBuild creative strategy and execution for ads and influencer briefs in collaboration with growth marketing managerReport and analyze data across social campaigns in order to track KPIs and growth optimization across digital marketing channelsManage day to day content calendar & execution across all social platforms and accountsSupport in crafting and executing on Genies brand, tone, and voice across all channels and product-linesWhat You Should Have:3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content strategy and creation1+ year of digital marketing experience for a consumer-social product or app preferredUnderstanding of basic content creation tools (cap-cut, splice, adobe suite, etc)Comfortable being in front of / behind the camera (filming)Deep understanding of gen z, social media landscape and trendsExperience developing integrated or GTM digital marketing campaignsStrong communication and writing skills; detail-oriented with a passion for social mediaEstablished network of content creators and digital marketing professionalsBachelor degree (Marketing, Business, Creative, Design or related field preferred)How Genies will support youGenies is a well-funded, growing start-up that cares deeply about each of our employees' growth and success. The actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including: professional background, training, transferable skills, work experience, education, location, business and product needs, and market demand. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
