You will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing planning and operations to identify opportunities to acquire, retain, and reactivate customers via the direct mail channel. You will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to execute seasonally relevant, conversion-driving print marketing assets. You will report to the Vice President of Ecommerce.**This role is fully remote optional but Los Angeles area is preferred due to possible hybrid work model once the offices reopen.What you'll do- Design, execute, and measure direct mail campaigns for acquisition, retention, and reactivation audiences- Rigorously test direct mail attributes; from content and format to lists, selects, offers, and segmentation- Partner with customer acquisition and retention teams to maximize full funnel conversion efforts- Establish communication loop with Brand team to understand seasonal trends, tentpole launches, and other key initiatives to drive direct mail content and campaigns- Contribute to strategy, new ideas and efficiency improvements- Drive the creation of direct mail collateral, new or updating existing- Oversee daily direct mail postcard program with external partner- Manage print vendors for cost analysis, production oversight and campaign execution- Manage data vendors for audience targeting, segmentation, on-going and ad-hoc analytics- Analyze large amounts of data to optimize programs- Own and track campaign financials to ensure budgets are met- Monitor and report on campaign progress weekly / monthly / quarterlyWho you are- You have a well-calibrated mix of art and science in your abilities, instincts and execution- Instinctual about driving engaging and relevant direct mail campaigns- Highly analytical with a passion for testing and measuring resultsWhat you'll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- 5+ years of direct mail marketing specifically with print catalogs- 3+ years experience of end-to-end campaign ownership, including strategy, planning, executing, testing, and analyzing campaigns- Experience with leading-edge offline segmentation methodologies and their respective role in marketing communications.- Advanced Excel proficiency and quantitative skill set
