Work with Project Manager and other IT staff delivering functional business analysis and requirements gathering services. Develop documentation for existing and proposed business processes and functional specifications, as well as the facilitation of joint application design sessions with users and IT staff. Perform data collections, organization, work flow, and support analysis. Provide direction and support for preparation of quality deliverables. Define the work flow for improvements and resolve issues, while documenting and presenting project status.  Conduct requirements gathering and design documentation activities for medium to large scale applications development, package implementation, and/or system integration projects. Develop and maintain user documentation and instructions for all systems within purview.  Define processing logic and translate high level business requirements into detailed functional design documents.  


  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Project Manager, or related position performing functional business analysis and requirements gathering.

  • Employer will accept 3 years of university level study plus 3 years of related experience to meet the Bachelor's degree requirement.

  • Must have experience with the following: working in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering and documentation; analyzing functional business processes; applying knowledge of call center technologies including ACD, IVR, CTI, digital call recording[BC1] , workforce management and reporting; and working with relevant technology, tools and middleware, including, SQL, OLE/MS Office, GUIs, and associated testing methodologies.
