Responsibilities

a4 is Altice's advanced advertising and data company that provides audience-based, multiscreen advertising solutions to local, regional and national businesses and advertising clients. We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Project Management Office within Revenue Operations to help oversee the department's portfolio of projects and develop best practice project management guidance. 

The right candidate will have experience supporting or managing complex projects across operational systems & teams. Knowledge of technologies that media companies employ to monetize content is a plus, but not required (CRMs, Order Management Systems, Ad Servers, DSPs/SSPs). 

The project manager will be confident working across a broad range of stakeholders to define & achieve the desired end state within project constraints. This means the ability to take complex concepts and break them into executable components, speaking in a language that all stakeholders understand, managing conflicts/constraints swiftly, and identifying potential issues before they negatively impact the project. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead operations projects from ideation through completion
  • Work across stakeholder groups to break down projects into an achievable plan accomplishing the project goals
  • Help anticipate, identify and resolve project obstacles and risks
  • Track & report progress to project team and a4 leadership
  • Support project execution as needed based on project scope; examples include: requirements documentation, process brainstorming, user testing support, training & job aid creation
  • Assist in developing project management tools & templates for use across a4 projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience working as a part of complex, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to filter relevant information for the right audience
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Advertising technology experience a plus (CRMs, Order Management Systems, Ad Servers, DSPs/SSPs)
