Responsibilities

*** This role is currently hybrid. In Bethpage office 2 days a week*** With the expectation of the future potential for full time in office.

The Market Insights team is responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing custom quantitative and qualitative consumer research studies that address strategic business questions and support key initiatives of Altice USA.

The Market Insights Manager reports to the Director of Market Insights and supports the day-to-day management/operations of the Altice Brand Health Tracking research programs. You will work closely with the Director to execute key aspects of the program, with strict adherence to established processes and guidelines that promote flawless research execution.   They will assist in data analysis, prepare insights, and share actionable findings.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all operational aspects of the Altice Brand Health Tracking program, including oversight of sample plans and field management, questionnaire programming revisions, data cleansing, weighting, data processing and tabulation.
  • Supports Director in data analysis and report preparation for all Brand Health related KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses/inquiries.
  • Supports the Insights team in building relationships with the marketing, product and strategy teams and helping them achieve their objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and unlock opportunities and create dashboards that will be used day-to-day.
  • Analyze brand health trends, uncover opportunities, and create a shared understanding of how our subscribers and Prospects are engaging with our brands and competitors.
  • Manage key market research vendor relationships to ensure high quality execution, effective reporting, and timely delivery of projects
  • Support other ad-hoc projects or analysis as needed
  • Supports Director with vendor contract renewals, RFP's and budgeting of vendor support hours and ad-hoc services.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in primary research, preferably in a custom full-service quantitative research supplier environment; Experience managing a large tracking study a plus
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects autonomously, problem solve, display high levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and survey programming and statistical packages (e.g. SPSS, Marketsight and preferably Qualtrics or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in additional data analysis and management tools a plus (e.g., Tableau, Google Cloud Platform or similar)
  • A deep understanding, competency and enjoyment of managing the operational aspects needed to execute large scale market research tracking studies from start to finish (i.e., sample planning, survey programming, field management and data processing).
  • Candidate must be energetic, a multi-tasker and results driven.
