The Altice Business Marketing Specialist will support all website portal initiatives, maintain website content, and oversee project pipelines for the purposes of driving growth across a variety of sales and support channels including online and offline. He or she will serve as a key marketing thought-leader within our company, helping to champion a "digital first" planning culture, and supporting corporate efforts to further adopt digital technologies as a core part of our marketing operations.

This position will entail:

  • This is a position that requires a dedicated professional and will have hands-on involvement in all website and portal activities, with a focus on billing portals, product management portals, and e-commerce tools for existing customers.
  • Reporting to the Director of B2B Digital Marketing, this role will be primarily supporting the ongoing updates and maintenance of Altice Business' digital customer experience, including multiple websites and associated integrations such as internal and external APIs, tag management, customer relationship management, and e-commerce product catalog systems.
  • This individual will help support the overall B2B organization's marketing strategy while effectively handing multiple projects with competing priorities by maintaining deadlines.
  • He or she will improve our ability to serve continually fresh content to customers by managing creative assets such as website templates, static/interactive media, and copy for marketing offers and product details. Understanding the customer lifecycle and different customer types will be crucial for creating targeted digital experiences.
  • The successful candidate will have a command of best practices and trends in self-service containment and understand how integrated systems enable a more dynamic, data driven customer experience without the need for human support.
  • The Marketing Specialist will track website and product campaign or project pipelines, working with a mix of internal teams and external agencies to define requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, and associated timelines to accomplish set goals. They should possess knowledge of project management, as well as building and presenting reporting and key performance metrics to management.
  • Creating a clear timeline of both short-term and long-term initiatives is vital to succeeding in this role.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be part of a team tasked with decreasing Altice Business' reliance on human customer care and technical support as well as increasing engagement with digital product management tools meant to help customers manage their services. This position will help develop and execute best-in-class comprehensive digital marketing strategies and initiatives focused on improving operational efficiencies, sales growth, brand loyalty, and customer engagement for Altice Business.

This position will support the strategy and ongoing changes in our marketing technology stack including website content management, tag management, customer relationship management, website analytics, and integration with other internal systems and data warehouses. He or she supports the digital operations strategy, owns all digital content, executes user tests, collects, and analyzes data, and identifies trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.

  • Maintain creative content/assets for websites in alignment with marketing campaigns and product updates/releases
  • Maintain customer account, billing and product management process documentation and dependencies on internal and external system APIs.
  • Maintain e-commerce product catalog structure, pricing, SKUs, and business rules
  • Writing marketing copy for ever-changing promotional campaigns and new product releases or updates
  • Develops project and technical requirement documentation for supporting IT groups, agencies, and other 3rd party partners
  • Oversight and validation of website updates
  • Deploys, monitors, and reports on regular content tests/updates

Key Experience/Achievements: 

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Some experience with Google Analytics desirable
    • Some experience with Drupal or other CMS desirable
    • Some experience with Jira or other project management tools desirable
    • Digital Marketing certifications preferred
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, and SQL a plus

Technical/Functional Competencies:

  • Creative writing
  • Experience interpreting technical documentation
  • Experience optimizing a customer-focused web experience: A/B testing, dynamic creative testing, multivariate testing, usability testing, and site behavior/path analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of third-party website management tools
  • Extensive knowledge of data analytics for websites and digital media
