Develop public health curriculum\nConstruct tests and methods for measuring performance\nAdvise and assist in the instructional systems design, leverage existing and emerging technologies\nAdminister / facilitate training programs\nEvaluate training programs for development, and optimize efficiency\nQualifications

Required Qualifications:\nMore than 5 years of public health course design experience in the US Federal and/or State and Local space\nBS/BA degree\nActive TS clearance and SCI eligible - US Citizenship is required\nStrong critical thinking and analytical skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nPrior consulting/professional services experience working independently to make decisions\nPrior experience leading course development activities\nPrior staff management and development experience\nProficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\nDemonstrated data analytics and visualizations skills using statistical and analytical software (GIS, Tableau, Excel, etc.)\nSome domestic travel may be required (typically no more than 10%), primary location is DC (on-site)\nAdditional Information:\nBased on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.\nThe salary range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000.
