We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that accelerates product awareness, grow acquisition, and maximize consumption of the CoStar Product across all audience segments. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across organization including Sales, Research, Product, Analytics and News, to lead, assist and execute marketing priorities, including our CRE industry awards programs.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work both strategically and tactically to bind our product strategy to the methods we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results.


  • Support the launches of new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the go-to-market plan.
  • Work with marketing and communication teams to develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch campaigns that inspire clients and drive acquisition and retention.
  • Manage Power Brokers and Impact Awards programs
  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Be an expert on our competitors and how they are positioned.
  • Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Develop sales enablement tools including sales collateral, customer case studies, and product videos.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
  • Commercial Real Estate industry experience a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in delivering best in-class marketing programs

  • Analytical with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get the best results.
  • Previous experience in conducting competitor analysis and market research
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Collaborative team player across multiple functional organizations
  • Proven self-starter who is comfortable generating new ideas
  • Relaxed about letting those ideas go and moving on if they do not work
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
