The Associate Marketing Manager will support major marketing and communications initiatives related to marketing campaigns, promotions, social media, events, sales collateral, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced and evolving marketing environment with excellent organizational, time-management, project management and follow-up skills. The Associate Marketing Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.


  • Coordinate marketing campaigns via execution and measurement of email, direct mail, and digital marketing
  • Support social media activity by coordinating creative image and data needed
  • Coordinate our on-site trade show and event presence and sales materials for select industry events
  • Assist in brand and product marketing materials creation and maintenance, both by coordinating through creative team and by making basic updates to existing materials
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral materials, reports, sales presentations, and intranet site
  • Manage sourcing and fulfillment for promotional giveaway items
  • Lead fulfillment of client and prospect marketing promotions
  • Maintain team budget

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or other relevant field
  • 2-3 years of work experience in business, marketing communications or related professional area
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to execute multiple projects at various stages of development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Pardot experience a plus
