Our Account Executive team works with real estate agents to understand the value of our marketing solutions. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and development of your team.

What you will do:

Put together and execute a coaching plan for each member of your team.

Help your team get the best results from their pipeline of leads and opportunities

Ensure your team is adhering to the pre and post-sales processes.

Be an expert on the Homesnap Concierge value proposition and how our service fits the demands, goals, and needs of the modern real estate agent.

Collaborate with leadership on the Customer Success and Sales Development team to ensure that end-to-end processes are being executed and optimized.

Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree coupled with 4+ years of experience working in an inside sales environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role within an inside sales team
  • Must have experience working in a sales quota-driven environment
  • Experience selling in a high unit volume sales environment.
  • Great virtual presentation skills, as well as written and verbal communication.
