RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop a diverse content strategy to attract multiple customer personas 

• Write, edit and co-produce top-quality content for the entire customer funnel 

• Help drive more MQLs via organic search 

• Help manage our content properties — from the blog to third-party sites — and propose strategies to improve them 

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to make sure we have a holistic content strategy  

• Solicit content ideas from SMEs and other parties 

• Become well-versed in lease accounting, lease management and commercial real estate 

• Proactively perform front-end and back-end SEO fixes to optimize our digital properties  

• Drive a sophisticated hub and spoke content model 

• Use marketing tools to improve our content program 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

• Established website engagement and SEO results  

• Writing and strategy samples 

• 5+ years content experience 

• 1+ year at a B2B SaaS company  

• A Bachelor’s Degree 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

• Hubspot  

• Semrush 

• Journalism experience is appreciated 

• Experience marketing to enterprise customers is highly valued
