As an industry leader, we need to fill a unique, hands-on position to help our content marketing and demand-generation teams understand what the market is thinking, produce creative campaigns that drive results, and oversee all visual aspects of our business.  

Responsibilities 

• Work with the content and demand teams to develop campaigns that appeal to the market 

• Drive our aesthetic across all channels, from social media to the website 

• Manage design-related agency projects  

• Run our creative campaigns — ensuring they’re on-point, on-brand and visually appealing 

• Participate in creative brainstorming to ensure our deliverables have impact 

• Design ads and landing pages that drive results 

• Create imagery for our blog, social media, presentations and downloadables 

• Work with vendors when needed for complex web design projects 

• Research the market and provide quarterly reports on brand activity 

• Ensure copy is creatively acceptable and has impact 

• Ensure division is on-brand and has the creative resources needed 

• Oversee video projects 

• Perform basic video editing, outsourcing more complex projects if needed 

Basic Qualifications 

• 4+ years brand marketing  

• 2+ years design  

• 1+ years B2B  

• A Bachelor’s Degree 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills 

• Experience marketing to enterprise customers is highly valued 

• An ownership mentality will thrive in this environment 

• Photoshop  

• Figma 

• Canva 

• Hubspot 

• Adobe Premiere or Apple iMovie
