Role Description:

We're seeking a talented and results-driven Copywriter/Content Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced marketing team. You will be the voice and concept generator of LoopNet, a billion-dollar startup within CoStar Group.  If you're passionate about crafting compelling marketing content and have a proven track record of driving results through your copywriting, we want you to join us in taking the LoopNet brand to new heights. As a Marketing Copywriter/Content Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to flex your writing muscles and bring your ideas to life across a variety of mediums. From video scripts, digital banner ads, social media posts, sales decks, website landing pages and more, you'll help us tell our brand's story in new and exciting ways. This role is for writers that want to have massive impact and ownership, it’s for those who have a passion for writing effective marketing copy. Responsibilities:

• Write headlines, short-form, and long-form copy that is engaging, on-brand, and meets the target audience's needs

• Develop and maintain brand voice for all written materials

• Write compelling email campaigns, advertisements, and website copy

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns

• Stay up to date with the latest writing and marketing trends and incorporate them into your work

• Write white papers and other thought-leadership pieces that educate and persuade the target audience

• Write blog posts that are informative, thought-provoking, and relevant to our target audience

• Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of your writing and make improvements as necessary

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College

• A track record of commitment to prior employers

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting and content creation

• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to write in various styles and tones

• Ability to write for different audiences and mediums, including print, digital, and social media

• Strong understanding of branding and brand voice

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills

• Results-driven with a proven track record of increasing sales through effective copywriting

• Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating content for digital marketing and sales materials, including websites, email campaigns, social media posts, and presentation decks

• A mix of agency and in-house experience as a copywriter or similar role

• Knowledge of marketing and branding strategies

• Ability to work with graphic design and video editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite)

• Experience with SEO optimization and analytics

• Knowledge of content management systems and HTML
